Messages/Emails
Please understand that whilst every effort will be made to respond promptly to any messages or emails, we aim to ensure all are responded to within 48hours. We will always do our very best to respond to your enquiry/query the same day. Messages or emails sent out of working hours will not be responded to until the next working at the earliest.

PLACING AN ORDER
We will be delighted to accept your order; we do not have a minimum order amount to enable you to order from us. You can order online at www.mw-nailsolutions.com/shop, email to mwtrainingacademy@gmail.com, or in person on training courses. MW-NailSolutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and that decision is final.

TRAINING / COURSE TERMS
In booking training you are agreeing to the following terms, with payment of your booking fee or full fee.
➢ Your place or date is secured only with the payment of a booking fee or full fee. No dates or places will be held without payment of either booking fee or full fee. All bookings and full fees must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to training day.
➢ If booking with only booking fee balance of Training fee and any kit costs are due no later than 2 weeks before training date. If you fail to pay your balance no later than 2 weeks before training will forfeit your place and any fees already paid.
➢ Failure to pay the balance and any kit cost no later than 2 weeks before training date will result in the loss of your place on the course. You will not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee.
➢ All Booking Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, in placing your booking online you are accepting these terms. If you cancel after booking you forfeit any fees paid. Non transferable means you cannot change your date and you cannot send a different student to the student that has been booked.
➢ If you cancel after full payment has been made but before the 2 week cut off a refund will be due less the amount of the booking fee.
➢ If you cancel after full payment and within 2 weeks of training date you will not be entitled to any refund and will forfeit full payment. Unless due to emergency unforeseen circumstances you will not be offered an alternative date. (If booked through Klarna, we will make every effort to offer you a place on the next available course that has a place available, this can only be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the next course date).
➢ Behaviour on training. Please be aware that all courses are run in a friendly and relaxed environment where suitable and respectful behaviour towards educator and other students is expected by all students. Should there be any issues regarding behaviour then this will be approached and the student concerned will be asked to cease the concerned behaviour. Should this not result in the concerned behaviour not cease with immediate effect then the student concerned will be asked to leave the course immediately to ensure the course can continue and no other students ability to get full benefit of the course is compromised.
➢ It is understood that all training, unless otherwise stated is ABT Accredited and certified, and that certificates are issued on the day of 1 day courses and following receipt of portfolio for 3 day courses, subject to the student teaching the standard required by the accreditation company. MW Training Academy & Nail Solutions reserves the right to withhold certificates should the student not reach the required standard. We will however offer further training(at extra cost) and support (free of charge) to do all we can to help the student reach the required standard to pass the course.
➢ Students on 3 day courses will have 3 months to complete their portfolios in order to pass the course. We reserve the right to extend this in exceptional circumstances only. If the course portfolio is not received in a timely manner of 3 months then the student risks forfeiting the course and not obtaining a qualification. Students on 3 day courses that require an assessment, who missed assessment day or need to resit their assessment can do so at an additional charge of £45.
➢ Course certificates, should a student require a replacement certificate this can be provided but will incur an admin fee of £25.

CONFIRMATION OF TRAINING BOOKING
Your place on training is reserved only once your booking fee or full fee has been received. No places held without payment.
Once payment has been received you are confirmed on the course and our committing to paying full fee (balance no later than 2 weeks before the course if booked with booking fee only.
You will receive confirmation of booking email no later than 2 weeks before the course, this will contain details of the course, times, venue, what you will need to bring with you, what you will need on your nails or if you will need then free of product. Please keep this document safe and read it thoroughly.

PRICING
Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations. All prices are correct at the time of going to print, however MW-NailSolutions reserves the right to alter prices without notice, explanation or notification. We will be pleased to confirm our latest prices by telephone, email or fax whichever is most convenient to you. Our current and up to date prices can be found on our website at www.mw-nailsolutions.com/shop. Prices and delivery charges are not subject to VAT charges. Invoices are in £ Sterling.

PRODUCT DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
MW-NailSolutions reserves the right to alter details and specifications without notice, explanation or notification. We reserve the right to substitute similar quality items based upon availability to complete your order. The goods are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications supplied by the manufacturer. MW-NailSolutions, its employees and agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless strictly confirmed by MW-NailSolutions in writing. In agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representation to complete your purchase with us. We make no recommendations as to the suitability of the products for any particular purpose.

DELIVERY PRICING
Orders that require posting are subject to delivery costs as follows
➢ 1g - 400g £2.95
➢ 401g - 1kg £4.95
➢ 1.1kg -5kg £7.95
➢ 5.1kg - 15kg £14.95

DELIVERY INFORMATION
➢ We will endeavour to despatch goods to you by the estimated delivery date, however we will not accept liability to deliver within the stated time or day where circumstances are caused beyond our control, such as delays by delivery Companies or manufacturer’s lead times.
➢ We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hours when products are in stock, and will always try to dispatch within 24hours.
➢ For products that are not in stock or pre order then we will keep customers up to date with the progress of their order. We aim to dispatch these orders as quickly as possible once the items have arrived in stock.
➢ When delivery of Goods has been made, you will need to sign a “Proof of Delivery” document to confirm receipt of your goods. The customer is responsible to check the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. If any discrepancy occurs or, evident damage to the packaging, you must note this on the “Proof of Delivery” or refuse
delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count all parcels/goods before signing any accompanying delivery note. Errors cannot be corrected afterwards.

MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS
Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. MW-NailSolutions will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period.

RETURNING UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected MW-NailSolutions may agree to their return. This request must be made to MW-NailSolutions within 7 days of receipt of goods. The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us. Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation number has been given. This must be quoted on all accompanying documentation. The following goods only are eligible for return:
➢ Goods that are non-perishable or non-sterile
➢ Goods that have not been given free or as part of an offer
➢ Goods that are unworn, unused and sent back to us in original packaging
➢ Goods received that have been substituted for original items ordered

CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT ORDER
MW-NailSolutions reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. In respect of special non-standard items such as specialised equipment, orders cannot be cancelled; payment must be paid in full. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.

GUARANTEE
All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer’s warranty. All glass items are excluded from the guarantee.

LIABILITY CLAIMS
MW-NailSolutions total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. MW-NailSolutions will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything, however arising. Your statutory rights are not affected.

TITLE
All rights to ownership and possession of goods supplied by MW-NailSolutions shall remain and belong to MW-NailSolutions until payment in full for goods is received and cheques received are cleared. The customer agrees to keep the goods identifiable as the property of MW-NailSolutions and keep them stored in a merchandisable condition. The customer as agent of MW-NailSolutions will hold the goods until full payment has been made.

E & OE
Any typographical, clerical, other omissions or errors however made, in any of MW-NailSolutions literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company’s part.
